If you are new to A and A Companies and
would like to appoint us as the registered agent for
service of process for your corporation, limited liability
company or limited partnership, then please click on
the tab on the left hand side of this page for your
type of entity (Corporation, Limited Partnership or
Limited Liability Company). You will then be taken to
the Corporate Order Form, Limited Partnership Order
Form or Limited Liability Company Order Form, as the
case may be. You should then select "Act as Registered
Agent for Service of Process" on that Order Form,
complete the Application Form and submit your Order
and Application.
